The 2007 Carolina-Virginia Coin Show was a huge success nearly 500 people
attened in the first 4 hours alone. Vendors came from all over the east coast
to participate in the first of many events to be held at the
New Downtown Exhibit Center. Many learned about coins and history
behind them. Coin Collectors and would be collectors rubbed elbows
at many of the displays and some walked away with hard to find treasures
that will be handed down through generations to come.
The event featured Live Television Coverage throughout the day. Many people
came together to help this facility get it start with lots of donated time and effort
by our Downtown Family. Thanks to all of you
